UnaTerra Consulting Limited is a Bristol based company with additional offices in San Francisco and New York.

With an international network spanning over 65 countries, the Unaterra team provides seamless, robust payroll and HR solutions and services across a global portfolio of clients.

We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic individual to join our Client Payroll Services Department.

The primary focus of this role is to manage a portfolio of international payrolls together with our carefully selected in-country payroll specialists.


You must be able to deliver an excellent customer experience with superb communication at all levels and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of Global Payroll Consultants
  • Oversee portfolio of complex international payroll clients and the corresponding incountry payroll providers assigned to the team.
  • Identifying additional upselling opportunities
  • Maintaining an uptodate knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:


  • 3+ years experience working in payroll
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to develop close working relationships with clients and the incountry providers
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Logical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Organised, methodical and ability to work to strict deadlines
