We are seeking a HR Caseworker for our Government client based in Nottingham. The HR Caseworker role will be an initial 61 working days contract, paying between £300 - £342/Day Inside IR35.
This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:
- HR professional with strong communication skills (Planning, Accurate Meeting Minutes, communicating action plans, providing advice on processes)
- Prior experience within a Redundancy consultation environment and experience working with recognised Trade Unions
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and confident in pushing back when necessary
- Previous experience with Civil Service Compensation Scheme (Pensions) as these are rather complex and admin heavy
- They are reviewing the pricing structure of their fees, redesigning our overall operating model, and implementing new IT systems. These changes are vital to enable them to function as a more effective organisation. Additional support is required to helpthem manage the organisation through the change.
- Will be required to facilitate and manage the collective and individual consultation exercises including overseeing all of the administrative requirements, attending meetings and recording minutes, responding in the first instance to employee or line managerqueries, and the management of exits which is particularly complex
- Experience of managing collective and individual consultation processes, redeployment and management of exits under the CSCS framework
- Management of HR elements of organisational structure change
- Arrangement, facilitation and accurate record keeping at consultation meetings, confident in on the spot Q&A
- Experience of managing collective and individual consultation processes up to and including compulsory redundancy
- HR Caseworker must have relevant CIPD or equivalent experience, particularly in complex change programmes including employee exits and experience of public sector/civil service
