We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing provider in London for a Strategic Retrofit Manager to join the property directorate in London.

The Retrofit Manager will have a key role implementing the Decarbonisation Strategy, through ensuring a strategic approach to energy efficiency and decarbonisation of the housing stock and lead on a variety of exciting projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on strategic projects, to learn from, and to offer support for the decarbonisation live programmes, and to influence change within a highly regulated sector.

About You
Your experience will have been gained within residential investment related to retrofit works, preferably in a regulated environment. More than anything, the organisation believes that decarbonisation is about people, their residents and customers. The abilityto build strong networks and collaborate to achieve excellence for our customers will be paramount in your success.
