Description
To understand the duties of an Assembler / Porter and be able to execute the role of Fitter.Consistently and Reliably provide services of the highest quality to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and your work colleagues, provide manual labour in support of office installations and relocation as directed by the appointed Team Leader and work under instruction to unpack and assemble products and work on relocations.
When required lead a small team.Key Skills
- Present a professional image to all clients and members of the public and keep a cool head regardless of their demeanour to you.
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Demonstrate good time keeping and reliability.
- Always be polite and respectful to customers, work colleagues and Management.
- Have a good level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Be physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre loads.
- As a fitter be able to deliver any furniture product, unpack and install it correctly
- Understand the paperwork processes within RHT to comply with ISO 900
- Be able to complete a snagging plan,snagging list and a post installation report.
- Understand and use the processes and paperwork to return product back to RHT Stores.
- Complete site paperwork and obtain clients signatures.
- Be capable of operating alone or taking responsibility of 4/5 Assembler / Porters or Fitters to successfully complete a small project or delivery and installation.
- Be able to complete a site inspection and risk assessment.
Salary:
From £20,800.00 per year
