The Learning Content and Systems Administrator plays a crucial part in ensuring the digital delivery of learning strategy and content, helping to promote a culture of learning every day with our colleagues across the globe.


It's suited to a curious, highly responsive, self-reliant and pro-active character who takes pride in managing the detail as well as bringing creative problem solving to our fast-paced operation.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Talent Development, HRIS and HR teams, as well as with other essential learning and capability teams throughout the business.

This is a critical support role, managing processes, service quality and exceptional customer experience as part of the Employee Value Proposition we offer all our contributors worldwide.


The Details...


Our learning and development offerings are devised through the Talent Development team, capability and compliance leads across the organisation and through a self-service LinkedIn Learning curriculum.

This role is pivotal to integrating all elements and ensuring our platform expediates the user experience and data integrity of our learning solution portfolio.


This will cover the day-to-day management of the complete learning life cycle, from digital processes, accuracy of learning content, first line support for technical queries, course registrations and logistics, as well as post-event evaluations, MI and data analytics.


Learning Content Management and System Administration:

  • You'll manage the learning module within our HRIS, adding content, building courses and assigning, managing and tracking the learning. You will continue to develop this module to fully optimise its usage and work closely with the business to support delivery of all digital learning.
  • Working closely with program facilitators (internal & external) as well as ONT's corporate services team you'll coordinate program logistics. Tasks will include inviting course delegates, arranging relevant virtual sessions, ensuring the availability of course resources and supporting the booking of training rooms and external venues.
  • Support with ONT's global mentoring program; maintaining records, accessibility to materials and currency of mentoring data.
  • Build a close working relationship with the HR and HRIS teams, assisting with new hire onboarding and induction.

Talent Development Support:


  • Deliver the curation of course content on LinkedIn Learning in collaboration with the Talent Development team and provide delegate management.
  • Build positive relationships with all preferred training providers '" becoming the first point of contact for queries and providing ongoing support.
  • Support the TD team to plan and deliver a regular cadence of Talent Development News to the business and maintain the TD SharePoint site to ensure accuracy and currency of information to all employees.

Governance, management information analysis and reporting;

  • Schedule program evaluations and deliver data analytics for monthly/annual reporting
  • Regularly monitor and report on Essential Learning to ensure all assigned activities are completed and accurately assigned
  • Be responsible for monitoring and evaluation of talent development activities, providing data insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.
  • Provide periodic training status/registration updates.

  • Has meticulous attention to detail, who can prioritise and manage your time well.
  • Has excellent organisational, written and numeracy skills and is a confident user of Microsoft Office and an HRIS, preferably Oracle.
  • Is professional, proactive and able to work independently with the ability to use your initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
  • Has a cando attitude and a positive and confident approach who enjoys working collaboratively with others but who can stand your ground when required.
  • Demonstrates welldeveloped interpersonal skills and a positive customer experience ethic.
