A boutique and forward thinking firm are searching for an experienced private client lawyer to join their team in Gerrards Cross.

The firm are run on an alternative business structure, allowing the lawyers' focus to be on fee-earning and building longlasting relationships with clients.

Their client base predominantly consists of high net worth individuals, allowing you to gain exposure to a good quality of complex work and continue to consistently highly bill.

The firm are flexible in their approach toemployment, and are willing to take hire on either a permanent, consultancy or part-time basis.

The firm are renowned for their respect of staff, and are willing to be very flexible on the split if choosing to work with them via the consultancy route.

Thefirm emphasise that one of they key benefits to this role is a real chance for progression.

The partners are looking to make this hire as partial succession planning and, for the right candidate, partnership or directorship are real options.

They can alsobe flexible on salary and will allow for a day a week to work from home.

To be successful in your application, you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
  • Have solid experience in private client law, preferably for high net worth clients.
  • Be ambitious in terms of progression.
  • Be interested in business development and management (there will be good opportunities for managerial exposure).
