Role Overview

Responsibilities

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and analyse complex challenges and opportunities related to our key markets, including at site, sector and product level.
Formulate innovative strategies and solutions to address identified challenges.
Lead multiday workshops, inperson and virtually, aimed at facilitating indepth problem exploration and creative solution ideation.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with highquality results.
Collaborate with numerous teams, including R&D, engineering, marketing, operations and sales, to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to innovation.
Your work in process innovation will serve as a crucial source of inspiration for new product development.

Critical Competencies for Success

Demonstrable experience working in and with innovationfocused teams.
Proven experience helping to discover, validate and deliver the right solutions to unmet market needs and opportunities within key markets.
Extensive experience in workshop facilitation, with a track record of fostering creative problemsolving and ideation.
Familiarity with new product development processes, particularly in hardware (software experience is a plus).
Ability to inspire and drive change effectively in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, innovative growth mindset with the ability to develop and sell strategies internally, bringing stakeholders along with you.
