Job Description:


We are looking for a graduate project coordinator based in Worcester to join our Bosch Production System (BPS) Team If you have recently graduated and looking for a challenge, then we want to hear from you.


You might be asking yourself what is BPS? In a nutshell, BPS is a methodical approach to the continuous improvement of a manufacturing business.

From the supplier of material through to the final product for our customer BPS is engrained in everything we do.

Optimizing processes regarding quality, cost, and delivery with a target orientated manor.

We want you to be at the heart of making a difference, influencing change, and supporting all levels in the hierarchy.


Key tasks:

  • Work with all levels within manufacturing and logistics to support the BPS methodology
  • Management of Nexeed data
  • Lead projects in manufacturing in line with the business strategy
  • Analyse and collate data in manufacturing to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and moderate workshop activities for the value stream
  • Train and deliver lean manufacturing tools to key areas (training programme to be defined)


  • Continuous Improvement Coordinator

  • Coach project teams with BPS tools to ensure targets are met
  • Support management with strategic topics to steer the business to achieve business targets
Develop and support the plant with digitalisation topics


Qualifications:


  • Degree or equivalent in business students required
  • Ability to challenge and propose new ideas
  • Communicate confidently with people at all levels
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Interest in digitalisation
  • Capability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability and interest to travel domestically and internationally
Self-motivated and driven

Additional Information


Expected Start Date: 10 July.2023

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak
