Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee financial aspects related to property development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilise Sage for efficient financial management.
  • Transition towards a paperless system for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls for financial activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
  • Expertise in using Sage for financial management.
  • Familiarity with paperless systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and a solutionsfocused mindset.
  • Customerfocused approach with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive teamwork mentality, committed to effective communication and shared goals.
  • UKbased with specific finance experience in the UK.
  • Desirable: Experience in the property development sector.
