Practice Manager Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join a leading Dental company as a Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • To Manage the team across both sites to achieve set targets
  • To continually identify business growth opportunities
  • To encourage engagement from site clinicians through the development of sucessful working relationships
  • Develop marketing initiatives for use in the local area
  • Carry out regular performance reviews and ongoing performance management to encourage staff engagement and development
  • Take responsibility for employee relations matters across both practices.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients across both sites

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of and experience in carrying out, HR practices
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Creative and confident
  • Analytical Skills
  • An entrepreneurial approach to work
