This role involves both office based and & outside office activities.
A full clean driving license is required.
Hours:
Full-Time = Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.
Salary:
Depending on experience.
Main Purpose of Job:
Contribute to the growth of our successful Sales & Lettings Business. Provide an excellent level of service to clients and in representing our company.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities.
- Proactively manage development & implementation of company's marketing strategy including managing your own concepts, with particular emphasis on social media and outbound marketing.
- Promote the company and its sales/lettings/management through advertisements, listing services, internet, and other marketing channels.
- Implemention of company's sales & letting processes
- Ensure all the legal obligations and company standards are consistently met in representing vendors and landlords.
- Advising and updating client of offers and progress
- Manage and update computerised property sales system.
- Liaise directly with clients in person and by telephone
- Conduct property viewings as required
- Carryout Valuation Followups
- Liaise directly with clients ensuring provision of highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Person Specification:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales focused individual to join our growing team.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven hands on Marketing experience with particular attention to development and implementation of advertising social media strategices
- Proven experience of out bound and/or inbound sales including cross selling.
- Proven excellence in communication and negotiation skills through direct client contact.
- Proven ability to work proactively in a busy office environment and operate effectively as part of a team to ensure excellence in customer service.
- Proven ability to generate and manging own ideas, work to deadlines and achieve sales targets.
As this role involves both office based and & outside office activities. A full clean driving license is required.
Desirable Criteria:
- Relevant Property Industry experience and knowledge is preferable.
- Experience in Sales & Lettings process is desirable

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
