Note:
This role involves both office based and & outside office activities.
A full clean driving license is required.

Hours:
Full-Time = Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

Salary:
Depending on experience.

Main Purpose of Job:
Contribute to the growth of our successful Sales & Lettings Business. Provide an excellent level of service to clients and in representing our company.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities.

Proactively manage development & implementation of company's marketing strategy including managing your own concepts, with particular emphasis on social media and outbound marketing.
Promote the company and its sales/lettings/management through advertisements, listing services, internet, and other marketing channels.
Implemention of company's sales & letting processes
Ensure all the legal obligations and company standards are consistently met in representing vendors and landlords.
Advising and updating client of offers and progress
Manage and update computerised property sales system.
Liaise directly with clients in person and by telephone
Conduct property viewings as required
Carryout Valuation Followups
Liaise directly with clients ensuring provision of highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Person Specification:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales focused individual to join our growing team.

Essential Criteria:

Proven hands on Marketing experience with particular attention to development and implementation of advertising social media strategices
Proven experience of out bound and/or inbound sales including cross selling.
Proven excellence in communication and negotiation skills through direct client contact.
Proven ability to work proactively in a busy office environment and operate effectively as part of a team to ensure excellence in customer service.
Proven ability to generate and manging own ideas, work to deadlines and achieve sales targets.
