Hyde is looking to recruit a Revenue Processing Officer.

As a Revenue Processing Officer at Hyde you will be working within core operations to provide high quality, timely and comprehensive processing functions for HydePay, and deliver easy and modern ways to pay for residents.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile all AllPay files.
Process and reconcile all Direct Debits and standing rrder files.
To update banking schedules and reconciliation spreadsheets.
Liaise with finance to ensure information is available for monthly postings and reconciliations with Oracle.
To monitor monthly all accounts with a credit of more than 2 months' rent and refund the difference.
To maintain and update HydePay intranet and internet sites ensuring key documents are up to date.

Skills and Experience Required

Knowledge of Hyde computer systems plus MS Excel
