- Valuation & Commercial Control: Taking ownership of the financial delivery for major term contracts, ensuring robust measurement, valuation, and cost control across the portfolio.
- Process Design: Leading the creation and enhancement of bespoke cost management frameworks and reporting methodologies to ensure maximum transparency.
- Contractual Advisory: Acting as the expert on contract administration (NEC/JCT), providing solutions for complex financial variances or disputes.
- Strategic Reporting: Translating complex financial data into clear commercial insights to support long‑term asset management and investment decisions.
- A strong professional background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (MRICS or equivalent preferred).
- A degree in Cost management, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience in cost planning, valuations, and the financial management of term maintenance or M&E contracts.
- The ability to define and improve commercial processes within a complex, multi‑stakeholder setting.
