Description

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this position
• Computer Literate and Experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Must be a driven and focused individual who can work off their own initiative to join an already successful and growing business
• You will be enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic with attention to detail and a passion for property

• Arranging and attending valuations and viewings
• Sell properties by matching buyers and sellers
• Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers and buyers;
• Placing advertisements and responding to inquiries
• To bring residential properties onto the housing market and to assist in all aspects of sales procedure until the property has been sold
• Upload properties on software along with writeups, produce window display brochures and market the property on Social Media.
