Your new company

A fast growing residential property investment company in NW London is looking to recruit a Trainee Property Administrator to fully support the leadership team to grow the business.


Your new role

You will be dealing with any prospective tenant enquiries, including calls and web queries as well as registering all applicants, conducting property viewing & processing new tenant details where required.

You will also be in charge of organising all aspects of the properties for tenants to move in, including organising property clean, inventory, maintenance work, property inspections and checkouts.

In addition, you will be documenting procedures and proposing improvements to existing systems. The role will also include handling an array of office admin - including filing, printing and posting letters, preparing contracts, conducting reference checks, updating the in-house database
You will also assist with other aspects of the business such as land searches, property valuations and sales.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a customer facing role is preferred
  • Clean driving license and use of your own car is preferred (business mileage will be paid)
  • Excellent computer skills, in particular with Office 365 (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • Independent and selfmotivated
  • Enthusiastic, positive and resilient
  • Have excellent spoken English and good written communication skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Most importantly, the desire and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
