The Opportunity


You will work with the Head of Global Programmes to assist with programmes and campaigns that align with the Global Marketing Strategy.


The Specifics

  • Execute global programs, under the supervision of the Head of Brand & Global Programs.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Launching and embedding Corporate Sustainability Program across the organisation.
  • Assist with programs and campaigns to educate Gentrackers on corporateled initiatives such as company messaging, product launches, sustainability, our values and company purpose.
  • Assist with globaleventcelebratory programs such as International Women's Day, Pride Month, Learning at Work Week etc.
  • Run productled campaigns, in alignment with product marketing.
  • Support regional plans when needed.
  • Help ensure consistency across all corporate collaterals, company presentation, annual report, executive biographies, holiday cards etc.
  • Maintain Gentrack website by implementing ongoing change.
  • Ongoing management and maintenance of central repositories to ensure marketing efficiencies such as:
  • Confluence pages for Marketing Hub; Brand Hub; GenHub.
  • Marketing team SharePoint.
  • LastPass our password management tool.
  • Develop and manage a process to ensure Marketing Subscriptions are monitored, to ensure timely renewal or cancellation.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors as and when needed and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage stock levels of branded merchandise and gifts
  • Assisting with corporateled events for example taking an active role in the global, allemployee conference
  • Generate Activities would include managing registration with weekly reporting, building registration sites, assist with project management duties, creation/print of deliverables etc.

Some important characteristics we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing program role preferably within a software environment this role would suit a person looking at their 2nd job within marketing.
  • Highly organised and detail driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to execute quickly in an extremely fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
  • Analytical and structured to help analyse campaign data to ensure programs support business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Happy to 'get stuckin' attitude.
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
  • Adobe InDesign, video editing tools (not essential nice to have)
