Job Summary:

CHR Recruitment is searching for a Resi-Comm Supervisor who will be responsible for providing effective solutions for water, fire, and accidental damage claims in domestic and residential commercial settings.

They conduct initial site inspections, manage project scopes, and ensure timely completion of restoration projects while adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Full Driving Licence
BDMA Technician certification (desirable)
Health & Safety awareness
Experience in water damage and/or fire damage restoration

Responsibilities:

Undertake initial site inspections, scoping, pricing, and reporting findings.
Liaise with customers, loss adjusters, builders, and insurance companies.
Execute scoped works upon approval and ensure compliance with Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Construction Phase Plan.
Implement drying techniques and conduct moisture surveys during the drying process.
Maintain regular contact with customers and keep them updated on project progress.
Coordinate with claims handlers to ensure all aspects of the project are communicated effectively.
Adhere to Company Management Procedures, Quality, and Health & Safety Policies.
Ensure the company van is properly equipped, clean, and serviced.
Maintain health & safety standards and ensure technicians are trained.
Keep a visit log for monitoring projects and future bookings.

Pay:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
