Are you a highly imaginative Creative Designer with a passion for branding and marketing? TouchBusiness, is currently seeking a dynamic and talented Creative Designer to join an innovative company based in Appley Bridge, Wigan.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the brand's visual identity, drive the creative direction, and create captivating designs for a wide range of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding and Visual Identity:

Lead the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

Marketing Collateral:

Conceptualize and design captivating brochures, exhibition materials, point of sale displays, and other marketing collateral to effectively showcase the brand's products and services.

Exhibition Stand Designs:
Create eye-catching and innovative exhibition stand designs that make an impact and attract visitors at events.

New Product Launches:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visuals for new product launches, capturing the essence and unique features of each product.

Creative Direction:

Infuse the brand with fresh and innovative ideas, and steer the creative direction to keep it relevant and engaging in the market.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a team of creatives, exchanging ideas, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Time and Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Designer, with a strong focus on branding and marketing design.
An impressive portfolio showcasing your exceptional design skills and versatility in various design formats.
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Solid understanding of brand aesthetics, typography, color theory, and design principles.
A proactive and energetic approach to design, always seeking to push boundaries and explore new concepts.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
A passion for creativity and an eagerness to immerse yourself in design trends and industry developments.
