Description

Looking for a Registered Manager with experience in the care sector. This is for an independent organisation. The service currently provides 300 hours of care per week.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • To manage the Carers and 3 office staff
  • To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
  • Maintain and improve on a "Good" with CQC
  • To grow the business in the private sector
  • Work closely with the Director

Registered Manager Requirements:


  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Ability to grow a service
  • Previously worked with CQC
