Looking for a Registered Manager with experience in the care sector. This is for an independent organisation. The service currently provides 300 hours of care per week.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- To manage the Carers and 3 office staff
- To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
- Maintain and improve on a "Good" with CQC
- To grow the business in the private sector
- Work closely with the Director
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Already has or working towards NVQ Level
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- Ability to grow a service
- Previously worked with CQC
