This is an entry level role and would suit someone who has excellent communication skills and looking to get into an IT support role/help-desk, this role is fully remote so would suit someone who is self sufficient and able to work on their own


Job purpose - Contribute to the increased profitability of and development of the customer/client base by delivering a range of pre and post-sales support services and providing excellent internal support.

To utilise technical experience and work with theteams across the business to enhance the company's service and support offerings

  • Provide a high standard of pre and post sales support of software services to customers and colleagues using effective oral and written communication
  • Manage the resolution of customer support cases relating to the intended software portfolio
  • Producing technical mixed media collateral to assist in the provision of support
  • Manage the liaison with and escalation to internal and external resources when required to resolve a customer support case
  • Liaising with suppliers and product vendors in order to advise customers and colleagues on design solutions
  • Providing advice on deployment, installation, configuration of the software portfolio
  • Supporting in company projects
  • Conduct web demonstrations of products
  • Assist sales team and customers with advice on correct products and training courses
