Customer Relations Advisor Job in Nottingham
Our client build high quality developments across the North of England and do operate throughout 10 offices. They are now looking for a Customer Relations Advisor for their office in Nottingham.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrably support the continuous drive to deliver 5* customer service by championing the customer journey
  • Actively support the regional departments and wider business to meet, if not better, customer expectations
  • Be proactive and provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Administer and act accordingly towards all complaints in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure all customers are satisfied coinciding with the New Homes Quality Consumer Code at all times
  • Answer inbound customer calls.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience within customer care Is essential
  • New-Build property experience is an advantage
  • Strong collaborative and team working skills
  • Full UK Driving License.
