Job Overview:
Working within this established and busy department, you will be joining a small and friendly team and assisting with all aspects of finance.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer and supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting in credit control and management of cashflow
- Assist with processing of timesheets and payroll
- Management of job costing in financial systems
- Completing CIS tax returns
- Keeping credit card and expenses records
- Collating monthly information for invoice meetings
- Assisting with Tax and NI payments
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a financial role
- Detailed understanding of accounting processes, including debtor and creditor management
- Good understanding of accounting systems
- Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
Salary:
£31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- accounts: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
