Job Overview:


Working within this established and busy department, you will be joining a small and friendly team and assisting with all aspects of finance.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing of customer and supplier invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assisting in credit control and management of cashflow
  • Assist with processing of timesheets and payroll
  • Management of job costing in financial systems
  • Completing CIS tax returns
  • Keeping credit card and expenses records
  • Collating monthly information for invoice meetings
  • Assisting with Tax and NI payments

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a financial role
  • Detailed understanding of accounting processes, including debtor and creditor management
  • Good understanding of accounting systems
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
This is a new position which has been created due to company expansion, and the company are keen to take somebody on to start as soon as possible


Salary:
£31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- accounts: 3 years (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
