Recruit UK has partnered with a firm based in Milton Keynes looking for an individual to manage their paraplanner team.

This is an excellent role if you are a technical paraplanner looking to enhance your career, or are currently a paraplanner manager butare seeking a role where you can add tremendous value.

This independent financial planning firm is renowned for providing high-quality advice.

They ensure they adapt alongside the newest technology and changing legislation to ensure they offer their client's the best service available.

This firm combines professionalism,tailored solutions, and expertise to allow people to meet their financial goals.

Working as the paraplanner manager, you will be responsible for a team of 6 paraplanners.

You will identify and deliver on training needs, challenge and improve procedures and be responsible for more complex advice cases.

- £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Skills and Experience Required

5 + years of experience working in financial planning
Previous experience as a paraplanner, with strong technical knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
Holds the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
