Overview:
The RTI Health Solutions business unit provides consultancy and research services to pharmaceutical and other healthcare industry clients.


As a Research Associate in our Market Access and Outcomes Strategy team you will work within an experienced team in a friendly and collaborative environment to assist in the development of a range of market access materials.

This is an office-based position that is located in Manchester, UK or Ljungskile, Sweden. Remote options will be considered.


Responsibilities:


You will contribute to reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing literature and subsequently writing associated documents, including Health Technology Assessment and reimbursement dossiers, literature review reports, manuscripts, value communications, and slide sets.

You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate or advanced degree in biological or health sciences, health services research, health technology assessment, psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated skills for reading, writing, and synthesizing scientific research material including evaluation and summarising of research findings
  • Strong numeric skills
  • High level of attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy; ability to multitask and prioritise work and be flexible depending on client deadlines
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, and ability, to produce consistently highquality work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) in English, fluency in a Nordic language also desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
