We are looking for a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable assistant to join our thriving company in the West MidlandsDuties:
- Entering invoices onto the accounts system
- Setting up payment runs
- Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries
- Using Sage 50 to code and post purchase invoices
- Administration of petty cash and drivers preloaded debit cards
- Daily banking
- General Finance admin tasks
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised
- Good IT skills
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
£24,000.00-£24,001.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
In person
