Description
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable assistant to join our thriving company in the West Midlands


Duties:


  • Entering invoices onto the accounts system
  • Setting up payment runs
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries
  • Using Sage 50 to code and post purchase invoices
  • Administration of petty cash and drivers preloaded debit cards
  • Daily banking
  • General Finance admin tasks
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Good IT skills

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£24,000.00-£24,001.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
