Captain Fantastic Children's Entertainment are recruiting

We are looking for an Admin and Bookings assistant (Full time) for our Children's Entertainment company. We need someone that is fun, friendly and committed to giving good customer service.


You will be required to:

  • Manage customer data within our CRM system
  • Manage Multiple Entertainer's Diaries
  • Check deposit payments have been made and take payments over the phone
Previous experience within an administrative or reception role is desired.


You will need to be:

  • A fast learner
  • Confident with customer interaction and pleasant to speak to
  • Flexible
  • Honest
  • Punctual
  • A Team Player


It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail, initiative and can multi-task as the role involves a lot of finer details, which need to be remembered and actioned with each booking.

Overtime may be required on occasion. To be discussed.


Job Types:

Salary:
£21,700.00 per year
