£20K basic - £28K OTE + car allowance

Monday - Friday with alternate Saturdays

Consegna are working with one of the largest Estate Agencies in the North West, boasting 18+ branches and an office specifically for their Mortgage Advisors.

They are also part of a network that includes 600 branches across the UK, so the financial backing and support if clear to see.

The client are looking for a Lettings Marketing Advisor to join their Preston branch, with a view to start immediately, receive full training and be up to speed ASAP.

Previous experience in the industry isn't essential, however, previous customer service experience is essential

Lettings Marketing Advisor day to day tasks:

**Work alongside the Branch Managers to attract new Landlords and properties.
Take on appointments effectively selling company advantages in order to maximise opportunity.
Provide firstclass service to Landlords and Tenants promoting success through recommendation.
Nurture and develop new business opportunities and contacts within the local community.
