Family Fee Earner - Hybrid working


We are currently seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing Family Law Department on a permanent basis.


THE ROLE:


Combined with hybrid/home working, you will be required to deal with all aspects of privately funded family work under the supervision of a director including divorce, civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, financial settlements, TOLATA (advice up to court), cohabitation, pre, post nuptials and separation agreements and child arrangements.


You will also be required to attend and represent clients at court and attend clients at our other offices when necessary.

ABOUT YOU:


It is likely that you are a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive seeking a new challenge in a busy role with great rewards and career development for the right person.

You will require a proactive approach and will be able to demonstrate a positive approach to work whilst maintaining resilience and focus under pressure.

As a team player you will have strong communication, organisational and networking skills. You will possess a solid level of legal knowledge to enable you to advise clients with confidence and authority.

Together with strong advocacy and client facing skills you will be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of personal service.
