Training Co-ordinator & Course Developer

Salary:
£32,000 per annum


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9.00 am pm


Location:
Stoke on Trent


You need to possess great attention to detail, be highly organised, and proactive in seeking out new opportunities and ways to improve the learning experience for our employees.


Ideally from an automotive training background, you will have knowledge of an LMS system and experience of reviewing and creating course materials, using your creativity to engage and inspire our staff to learn.


Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience of training, coaching or mentoring team/s
  • Ability to create online courses using LMS (Absorb)
  • Working knowledge of Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Passion for training and development
  • Motivated by your own professional development.
  • Excellent collaborator and resilient

Desirable:

  • Automotive technical training experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of a learning environment within the Motor Industry.
  • CIPD Learning & Development qualification (or similar)
  • Desire to develop creative learning materials that inspire and engage staff across all divisions.

The key responsibilities:


  • Engaging with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous quality improvements.
  • Develop and manage the LMS to accommodate a broad range of online learning.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Induction program for the business, working with Senior Managers to identify areas of need and development.
  • Run internal promotions to engage team members in using our LMS.
  • Develop a digital bespoke course offering within our LMS to suit a variety of different roles.
  • Undertake regular, and visible observations of teaching, learning and assessment to provide feedback to the HR Department/Training Team.
  • Support and have input to the maintenance of the Company Qualification Path.
  • Support the facilitation of regular quality team meetings.
