As part of the Jobs4Students Service at Manchester Metropolitan University, the post holder will make a significant impact on the future employment prospects of our students by being part of a team that provides an efficient and compliant end to end recruitment service to the University.

The Role:

Joining an established team, you will be responsible for university wide recruitment of our students. This includes promoting the benefits of recruiting students to our departments and ensuring recruitment compliance.

The Department:

Jobs4Students is part of the Student & Graduate Employment Services within the Careers & Employability Service. Our aim is to support students in developing their employability skills through paid work experience undertaken alongside their studies. The Jobs4Students team provides access to work opportunities on campus.

About You:

You must possess excellent communication skills, be an effective member of a dynamic delivery team and demonstrate working knowledge of efficient administrative processes and excellent customer service.

Experience of working in higher education is not essential but you must demonstrate understanding of the importance of recruitment compliance in a complex organisation.
