We are looking for amazing Back of House Team Members to join our team as we gear up for upcoming new opening in Bicester Village.


Recruitment Open Days: 23rd and 24th February at Bicester Village.


We are on the lookout for incredible Chef de Parties, Pastry Chefs, Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs to join us as we set out on our new venture in iconic Bicester Village.

Ottolenghi is a globally renowned name in the world of culinary hospitality.

We are a collection of restaurants and delis, specialising in a style of food which is rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, but which also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world.


Responsibilities

Prepare and contribute to the creation and execution of Ottolenghi's distinctive dishes:


  • Collaborate with our talented culinary team to maintain the highest standards:

Support other back of house team members on a daily basis, ensuring an excellent standard of food preparation, presentation and service are met:


  • Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly with a focus on creativity and precision:
-
When required, support the development and design menus with the Head Chef, keeping Ottolenghi's concept and values in mind:


  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff to uphold Ottolenghi's culinary excellence:

Enforce sanitation standards at all times and always lead by example

Qualifications

Fluent in English, written and spoken:


  • Proven experience as a Back of House team member in a high volume or quality restaurant:
