A rare opportunity has arisen for a full time Sales Negotiator to join our established and friendly team.

Keys skills required

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Target oriented with a proven track record of achievement
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficient computer skills and experience of a CRM
• The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Working hours and location
This is a full-time role based in our Henley office. Our hours are 9 am to 6 pm.

You would normally work between Monday and Friday and some Saturdays (on a team rota. A day off in the week will be agreed if working Saturday)


Income
Basic salary between £23,000 - £25,000 per year plus uncapped commission (salary and commission dependent on previous experience)


Entry requirements
A car driver with a clean driving licence and good basic computer skills


Training and development

Training will be provided (largely on the job from experienced staff by shadowing key members) and we would encourage and support you to obtain or further advance industry recognised qualifications.

This is very much a progressive role within a forward thinking, independent Estate Agent, who pride themselves on their commitment, trust, integrity and a simple determination to excel in all aspects.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
