£28,000 - £30,000 DOE

The role

We are expanding our Recruitment Marketing Team and have an exciting opportunity for a Local Marketing Executive to join us.

This is a brand new remote role, reporting into our Local Marketing Manager. The Recruitment Marketing team supports our high volume Carer Acquisition team to hire Professional Carers nationwide. This role is to help further establish and grow offline recruitment channels.

As a Local Marketing Executive you will:

Work with our network of employability partners to drive hires of new carers at both a local and national level
Be the go to contact for a lot of our preestablished national partners
Liaise with regional recruitment managers to assess needs and do market research to identify new opportunities for partnerships using thirdparty tools
Attend partner hiring events and occasionally visit branches where required across the country
Organise and launch marketing campaigns as required such as door drops and print campaigns etc.
Help to run and manage the companies marketing print portal
Support branches to understand the importance of locally managed attraction strategies such as their local facebook page or employee referral scheme
Review data and performance of local campaigns on an ongoing basis
You will also support members of the recruitment marketing team with wider campaign planning and projects as and when required

Skills and experience

Previous experience working with or for employability partners/welfare to work organisations would be advantageous
Previous account management experience would be desirable
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively and collaboratively across an organisation, building relationships at a local level
A self starter with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
