Our well-established client based in the North Birmingham area are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Main duties of the Administrator role include:

  • Detailed data entry.
  • Schedule and organise appointments.
  • Stock control.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Diary management and coordination.
  • Cover the reception desk when necessary.
  • General administrative duties such as scanning and updating details.
You will need to have excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.

This is a very varied role so you must be able to multi-task. The role also requires an in depth understanding so you need to be a fast learner and highly motivated.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month and 1 late shift each week.
