Operations Manager

Salary:
£30,00 to £35,000 DOE

About the role:

Due to an internal promotion and a major growth of our business a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at Komplex Community

  • A driver is essential for this position._

What will you be doing?

  • To provide leadership, support, mentorship, and line management to the frontline care staff
  • Evidence that you are organised individual who can manage all daytoday aspects of a diverse group of clients
  • Ensure/monitor that the quality of the services are maintained at the highest level
  • Look to improve or maintain the CQC standards within all packages
  • Have the ability to work in a fast pace reactive environment
  • Provide reports and briefings to the Operations Director
  • Have a can do positive attitude
  • Have access to your own vehicle and be able to travel to clients home
  • Be able to follow procedures and policies with regards to the support that is being delivered
  • Any other duties that the Directors may at times reasonably require
