Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Senior Payroll Clerk will have the following duties:

  • Manage the completion of monthly and weekly payroll
  • Collating, checking and processing weekly commissions, bonuses and any deductions.
  • Provision of weekly / monthly reports and management information
  • Develop pension administration and compliance processes
  • Completing bank reconciliations and supporting HR
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll
  • Resolving problems and delivering outstanding internal customer service to employees
  • SSP, SMP, SPP payments
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

  • Proven track record in complex payroll position, i.e Payroll Manager, specialist, stand alone, manager
  • ERP system experience
  • Proficient use of Excel
