About the role
We're excited to be looking for a customer and solutions focussed

Account Executive with a 'can do' attitude and a desire to ensure NCFE T Level providers are ready to deliver the best possible outcomes for their learners.


Launched in September 2020, T Levels are a high-quality, work-focused alternative to A Levels for those aged These two-year courses are designed with employers to intimately reflect the needs of the sectors and occupations they're designed to serve.

NCFE are delighted to have 6 T Levels in live delivery, and we pride ourselves on the support we offer to providers. As part of a team of Account Executives and reporting to the T Level Provider Engagement Manager, you will work with T Level providers and multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. The role is

at the heart of engaging with our providers, delivering customer insight back into the business, reporting insight to key stakeholders and implementing continuous improvements to support provider readiness to deliver T Level qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Being part of a positive, solution focused, collaborative and 'cando' culture within the team and across the T-Level programme.
  • Supporting providers with the onboarding of T Levels, working in collaboration with others to ensure providers are ready and confident for delivery.
  • Developing meaningful relationships with providers and other external organisations to support provider readiness for T Level delivery.
  • Gathering provider insight to inform internal and external strategy.
  • Creating opportunities through to conclusion (such as the sale of additional T Level support resources.

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar/comparable role
  • Solid understanding of the FE market
  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office once per month.
