Our client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to be based in Liverpool

This role is to undertake building surveyors on further and higher education properties across the North West.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have experience of delivering medium sized maintenance and refurbishment projects.

This is working for a private practice

Pay is £35phr and 40hrs per week
