The Headteacher has informed me she is now looking for professional and enthusiastic graduates who have a good academic record and come with a wonderfully motivational attitude.

Children at this school do well, and want to learn, so you will also need toposses good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to inspire children.

You should possess a fervent, unquenching passion for education and the hope that one day you will become an outstanding teacher.

You must have the skills to form effective professionalrelationships and play a nurturing role in the development of pupils within the classroom and sometimes, on a 1-2-1 basis.


In this Primary Teaching Assistant post you will be working in KS1 or KS2 from January, and you will be in the same class for the whole of the academic year.

Part of your role will include absorbing a plethora of professional skills as you join the schoolscarefully designed CPD programme - Plenty of chances at this school for you to get involved with inset/ training days.

The school offer extra curricular activities from academic clubs to sport teams, and you will have the chance to help organise them.
