Yaplex Ltd is a leading designer and manufacturer of lifting equipment, handling systems and bespoke engineered solutions, supplying to a UK and worldwide client base.

We currently have an immediate requirement for a Administrative Co-ordinator at our manufacturing base in Chesterfield, UK.

The Administrative Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of any query or request
  • Create service quotes and maintain service records
  • Create service paperwork and job packs
  • Quality admin
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Procurement & goods in control
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
  • Sales admin
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • I.T. literate
  • A "can do" attitude
  • 2+ years of customer service / administration experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
