Yaplex Ltd is a leading designer and manufacturer of lifting equipment, handling systems and bespoke engineered solutions, supplying to a UK and worldwide client base.
We currently have an immediate requirement for a Administrative Co-ordinator at our manufacturing base in Chesterfield, UK.The Administrative Co-ordinator will be responsible for:
- Take ownership of any query or request
- Create service quotes and maintain service records
- Create service paperwork and job packs
- Quality admin
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Answer incoming calls
- Procurement & goods in control
- Adhoc administrative tasks
- Sales admin
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good numeracy skills
- I.T. literate
- A "can do" attitude
- 2+ years of customer service / administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
