This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major UK property developer as Corporate Finance Manager. The company is behind some of the most complex and innovative mixed-use developments across the UK.

As a master plan developer, the Group has significantexperience across delivering large scale office, commercial, residential, BTR, retail and F&B schemes.

This is a key role partnering the development team and supporting senior executives in managing project business plans as well as developing and executing key strategic initiatives across the business.

More specifically, this will entail assisting with on-goinginvestment appraisal of developments, the collation of information for funding partners, evaluating funding options and other financial analysis to support strategic planning and the development of new business units

Key Responsibilities:

Produce investment appraisals and IC papers and present to senior management and investors
Maintain, modify and build financial models for multiphase mixed use developments, complex capital structures, including senior debt, mezzanine debt, equity promote structures and multiple refinancing.
Take ownership of regular project cash flow and performance reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Advise Project and Development teams on the financial impacts of changes to project assumptions and sensitivities.
Build a detailed understanding of the business and current development projects, including key dates, cost forecasts, sales targets, project risks and opportunities.
Mentor and oversee one or more junior analysts in the team.

Key Requirements:

Understanding of real estate financing and debt structures
Experience in ownership of complex development appraisals and presentation to senior stakeholders, lenders and investors
35 years' minimum real estate experience
Strong working proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
