    About the Role

    • Source top talent using CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and research
    • Engage candidates by building relationships with professionals in the renewable sector
    • Screen and qualify candidates to ensure they're a perfect fit culturally, professionally, and legally
    • Manage databases and keep them up to date with talent pipelines and candidate journeys
    • Create sharp, appealing job posts that get attention on LinkedIn and other platforms
