Are you immediately available and looking to progress your career in Compensation and Benefits?

Handle are working with a leading technology company, ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies, who are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join their team on a 3 month fixed-term contract,
fully remote.

This role is newly created within the wider HR team, focusing specifically on leave administration.

This will include setting up policies around leave and absence for various EMEA locations, creating process maps and also handling all upcoming cases surrounding leave i.e.

maternity/ paternity, long-term sickness etc.

There is great potential to learn within the role, with direct coaching from the Compensation and Benefits Manager and daily communication and collaboration with the wider HR team.

There is potential for this contract to be extended, depending on the nature of the project.

This role can be fully remote, but there are offices in London that you can work at if required.
