Gilcore is a leading face-to-face fundraising company. We raise millions of pounds for our charity clients by finding them thousands of new supporters.

We are looking for a Client Account Executive to join our team.

Our clients are household name charities, your role will be to work with them, liaising internally with other departments and with our field teams, to manage the delivery and performance of face-to-face fundraising campaigns.


You will speak regularly with each client, and you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of actions to maximise the impact of our campaigns.

That covers responding to the clients' queries and requests, as well as following through on ideas of your own.

You will liaise with our data team to provide campaign reports to clients, and from that insight put in place measures to manage key campaign metrics.


You will also handle customer feedback, including complaints, providing responses to clients and coordinating the actions necessary to resolve the issue.

You will liaise with our training team and clients to ensure our field teams are refreshed regularly with up-to-date campaign information and are engaged with the client and its cause.

You do not need to have experience of face-to-face fundraising, as we will provide full training.

Ideally you will have experience of account management but any relevant experience will be considered, and we hire based on attitude as much as anything.

You need to be driven to provide the best service we can to our clients and have a very can-do attitude, finding solutions to problems, and - even better - identifying issues before they become a problem.


This is a full time role, which is primarily home-based - so you need to have space at home from which you can concentrate on work.

We will consider applicants living anywhere in the UK.


You need to be hard-working, able to plan and think ahead, have an eye for detail, be good at providing written reports, and you must have an energetic, go-getting attitude.
