Year 6 Class Teacher Job in Leicester

Your new school

Hays Education are working with lovely school in Leicester that are looking for a Teacher to teach in a year 6 class.


Your new role

You will be required to be a passionate, friendly and engaging teacher to a year 6 class on a long term basis.

You will take your pupils through their SATs, prepare them for life post primary school and provide high quality teaching.

You should be managingthe classroom in an appropriate and effective manner and ensure safeguarding policies are followed. Due to the nature of the role you will be in charge of planning and marking.


What you'll need to succeed:


  • You will have QTS (ECTs and NQTs are very welcome to apply)
  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students
  • Experience running intervention/booster sessions for SATs
