Recroot are looking for a YOS Prevention Officer to join our client based with Lambeth Council.

This role is starting 20th November, working Mon to Fri 35 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Pay Rate is £20.84 p/h PAYE

Details:
The postholder will work in partnership with families using a whole family model. They will provide a link between the family and other agencies and act as the Lead Professional.

The focus of casework support will be on families with multiple and complex problems and the post holder will complete assessments ensuring needs are met.

Must have enhanced DBS
