Location:
Watford, Hemel Hempstead, (HP2 / WD18)

Salary:
from £23000 Plus Bonus OTE £35000
You will be working with a privately-owned motor company operating from Watford and Hemel Hempstead representing multiple vehicle manufacturers. As a
Service Advisor you will provide a great customer experience in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers, connect them to right department.
Booking of vehicles either in for servicing or repairs, recalls or valuations.
Create necessary paperwork, arrange estimates, communicate with internal and external departments.
Assist customers at every stage of their vehicle ownership.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the process.
Sells both new and used cars.
Offers servicing, MOT and related products and services
Receive any trainings relevant to job role.

Experience and Attributes:

Customer service experience minimum 1 year
Motor Industry or dealership experience preferred.
Driving licence with no more than 3 points
Excellent communication and people skills
Flexible to work weekends.
