About the role:


Customer Service Co-ordinator role within Global Expansion Market team offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a key growth driver for Reckitt.

Incumbent will be part of supply team and will be responsible to coordinate all activities related to order processing, troubleshoot customer facing issue and day-to-day operations.

This role is a 9 month fixed term contract.


Your responsibilities:


  • Improve overall customer service experience and create engaged customers
  • Receive customer orders, process orders in SAP, coordinate dispatch with customer and warehouse
  • Ensure all dispatch documentation is shared timely with customers
  • Update order status and progress in internal database
  • First point of contact for customer queries related to SKU information, order status, claims, etc.
  • Attend weekly calls with customers to update order status, resolve outstanding queries
  • Investigate customer complaints and drive actions
  • Escalate to relevant stakeholders if issues are not resolved within agreed timeline
  • Analyse data and compile reports for S&OP meetings and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews

The experience we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Bias for action, capability to define, evaluate and take risks
  • Strong ownership and interpersonal skills, friendly attitude
  • Agility, ability to thrive in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment who loves to work crossfunctionally and takes pride in developing strong partnerships and relationships will all levels throughout the organization
  • Proficiency with Excel, SAP
  • Creative approach to problemsolving particularly when data is limited, inconsistent, or unreliable
  • Perform well in high pressure environment
  • Customer service experience in high growth environment
  • Ideally endtoend supply service experience
  • Good understanding of systems/ERP, ideally SAP implementation experience
  • Strong analytical skills, strong track record of delivering outstanding performance
  • Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining good quality of work and achieve deadlines
