Your start at pplwise


In your first two weeks you will have a daily call with your manager and team members to work autonomously according to the pplwise principles, frameworks and methods as quickly as possible and to get to know everyone once.

Usually your onboarding will take place partly internally and partly directly at a customer where you will be assigned.


After the first two weeks with our clients, you will have a solid understanding of the vision, strategy and culture, as well as a deep understanding of the business objectives and roles you will be working on.

You will also have established a relationship with the hiring managers and team members and have performed and approved a delivery forecast according to our pplwise methodology.


After two weeks you will start delivering your roles, building pipelines and proactively reporting findings to key stakeholders to identify and anticipate any constraints.


The Challenge:


  • Support autonomous and responsible startups. Scaleups and publicly traded growth companies in achieving their recruiting goals.
  • Be proactive and excellent in stakeholder management to fulfill our role as a strategic partner and identify and resolve any constraints through communication and critical thinking.
  • Create and implement recruiting forecasts and choose the appropriate recruiting channels and strategies for implementation with a good understanding of urgency and backward planning.
  • Use recruiting systems to your advantage and generate insights from the data you collect before and during recruiting.
  • Work as part of a team and support our team during sourcing or delivery bottlenecks, you will also receive support.

Skills & Experience you bring to the table:

  • You have helped scale in various tech startups and/or scale-ups additional agency experience is a plus.
  • You understand the structure and challenges of tech organizations in different growth phases and can support hiring managers in defining their roles.
  • You think, and make decisions based on data and facts.
  • You are a mentor for Jr. Talent Partners and foster the development of team members.
  • Satisfying your stakeholders is your #1 priority.
  • You are ambitious and a collaborative person, both characteristics are core to our culture.
  • Excellent English skills for our internal team communication and international clients.
