Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IMMEDIATE START - Networking and Security

Location - London, Cardiff, Frankfurt

Base Salary - £25k base + commission + bonus


As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working within various sectors such as - Networking, Server & DevOps, Security, Data and IT Management.

You will get the chance to work alongside likeminded people and benefit from one of the strongest commission structureson the market


What does this mean? - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

It means that you can watch your basic salary grow through our clients uncapped commission structure and earn between £37k - £43k in
YEAR 1You will also have the chance to progress very quickly to a senior sales consultant in as little as
3 months

The offering & incentives:
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£25k base salary with on target earnings in the first year of £37k - £43k

Second Year OTE - £50k - £60k:


  • Third Year OTE
  • £60k
  • £100k:
  • Intensive training provided 8 Strand Development programme, tailored to your personal pace, capability and skill level to support you throughout your career


  • Super incentive trips

  • Previous trips include a luxury ski trip to Austria and a trip to Las Vegas

The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • 2.1 degree of any discipline in a Top University
  • Willingness to Progress
  • Highly motivated and financially driven
  • Sales experience not essential, but preferred
